Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Canada.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed, but you may return your order for a full refund once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Please allow additional time during holidays or sales. Shipping begins the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in CAD dollars. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility. Customs delays are also beyond our control. For details, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us with your order number, photos of the product(s), and any details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, funds will be returned to your bank within 7–10 business days of us receiving your returned item or cancellation request. For delays, please contact your card provider.
